Customers appreciate that our products are of personalized nature and once made, they cannot be used by anyone else. Hence The Handmade stories accepts Replacements and Refunds if they meet the following criterion.
The Handmade Stories values its customer experiences very seriously and should there be a manufacturing defect, transit damage or any other shortcoming from our side, every effort will be made to meet the shortcoming by means of either Refund or Replacement. Please note that a 360 degree package opening video is required to claim a refund. Refunds will be processed promptly based on the merit assessment by team Handmade stories. For Replacements, kindly allow us the standard processing time of the product.
